The Phenom made his WWF debut back in the year 1990 in a tag-team match as Ted DiBiase’s mystery partner and evolved himself as one of WWE’s greatest wrestlers. The Undertaker retired from the ring in November 2020, that is exactly three decades after making his debut in 1990 and now he has been inducted into the 2022 WWE Hall of Fame following a storied professional wrestling career.

In those three decades you might know what kind of person The Undertaker is inside the ring but what about his time apart from wrestling? Don’t Know? Don’t worry, we got you covered. Here are 5 things that you didn’t know about The Undertaker:

When it comes to WWE, most wrestlers have a ting name and with time they go through a few different ring names throughout their career and so did the Hall of Famer who has had eight different ring names. When he first entered the WWF scene, The Taker was known as “Kane – The Undertaker” before the board decided to have a separate wrestler named Kane. He has also used the names The Punisher, Punisher Dice Morgan, Mean Mark Callous, Commando and Texas Red.

2. Defeated Himself

In the year 1990, The Undertaker was out due to injuries that led to a new Undertaker being introduced to the WWE Audience at WrestleMania X. The fake Undertaker was Brian Lee who later started to be referred to as the Underfaker during the real one’s absence. Eventually, the real Undertaker (Mark Calaway) returned to wrestling in the year 1994 and took on Brian Lee at the 1994 SummerSlam and chokeslammed his opponent for a simple victory that reminded fans what the “Real Undertaker” is really like.

3. Golf & MMA fan

When The Undertaker is not in a WWE ring, he likes to play a round of golf which he stated in a talk show with Booker T. The Phenom also likes to escape the WWE world with a night of real fighting as he is an avid MMA fan who has attended several Ultimate Fighting Championship PPV’s that take place in Texas. He even showed up at one of Brock Lesnar’s title fights which was surprising considering the rivalry the two had in WWE.

4. Fought in the first-ever main event of Raw

For someone who rode out on glamorous beasts with his iconic music playing in the background, The Undertaker shares a special liking with mean bikes in real life too. In fact, the WWE Hall of Famer boasts of an envious motorcycle collection that includes bikes such as the West Coast Custom Chopper, Harley-Davidson Hearse Funeral Chopper, Harley-Davidson Soft-Tail Fat Boy, Harley-Davidson CVO Limited and the Harley-Davidson Breakout which is his favorite among all.
